Comprehension Skills • Reread page 192. What clues in this paragraph suggest that Charlie will stay with Doug, and help him find his brother? • On page 192 Charlie turns around and makes sure Doug is following him, this indicates that Charlie is helping Doug and may lead him to Gordon. • Do you think Doug would have searched for his brother if Gordon was in their house? • I do not believe Doug would have searched for Gordon if he was inside their home. Doug would have known Gordon was safe and would not have felt the impulse to go out and look for him.
