  3. Enter the URL: https://www.nfc.usda.gov/personal/ep_warning.asp

  4. Read the message and then click “OK”

  5. Read the warning and then click “accept”

  6. Click the eAuth Login button

  7. Read the message and click on “continue”

  8. Enter your eAuthentication user ID And password and click on the Login button

  9. Read the message and click “continue”

  10. Read the message and click “yes”

  11. Read the message and click “OK”

  12. Click on “E & L Statement”

  13. Select the applicable pay period and Click the “go” button

  14. To print, click on the “printer icon” The employee’s leave and earning statement will identify The cash award as a separate entry from the regular salary

  15. AND…..IT’s Always a Great Idea to Check the BANK ACCOUNT too!
