Life Style Some of the supplies people had were brocade silk, calash bonnet, stockings, waist coat, coat, canes, gowns and more. Being an African American was not so great in Georgia around those times because they were enslaved. Being a white man in that time was great because you owned slaves and had them do everything for you. Some of Georgia was free land.
