    1. Medicare HOPPS IVIG Rates For 2008 Rates determined by volume weighted Average Sales Price Plus 5% of the class. This is a decrease from ASP + 6% in 2007 For 2008, the pre-administration rate (G 0332) is $37.71 per day, a decrease from $75 per day in 2007
