  1. Body Transformation Program Body transformation challenge one of the  most sought­after activity in the world of  fitness.  Most  people  strive  to  get  fitter  and leaner. In particular, people do not  want  to  shed  large  mass  despite  the  subject matter being the main objective.  What they aim at is to get lean muscles.  After all, who doesn’t want a good body  shape and physical fitness? Some people  give up on getting fit due to their daily  stress factors e.g. jobs, household chores,  weight  frustrations,  and  inability  to  change their poor lifestyles. 

  2.   Maintain regular training schedule You  can  start  with  two  compound  workouts  in  a  week  composed  of  six  exercises only e.g. standing rows, bench  pressing,  squats,  pull­ups,  shoulder  presses,  and  bicep  curls.  You  can  add  dips and deadlifts in later weeks. This  will  keep  you  strong  if  you  do  the  training for five weeks and more. Shift  from  one  set  to  four  sets  for  every  exercise.  Then  gradually  increase  the  weight for the lifting training.  

  3. Take your running back to greater levels  Do not simply focus on running; try to make  a substantial base. Perform speedy workouts  one  day  in  a  week  so  as  to  burn  those  calories for a better shape. You can also try  sprinting to get stronger on running.

  4.          Eat lightly Create a diet plan that entails four to five  meals in a day. Take around 300 to 400  calories in each meal. This is how to eat  rightly:     Take a meal when lightly hungry. Do not be  ravenous or starve yourself either     Eat at a slow pace slowly     Do not overstuff your stomach     Take light foods
