  5. Define Your Project: Glimpse at Implementation How will you manage the project? What will you need, besides money? What challenges will you have?

  6. Define Your Project Create a working definition of the project 3 – 4 sentences This will serve as a guide in the next stages – Identifying sponsors Qualifying sponsors
