Investment project “Organization of the manufacture of heat pumps,calculation and regulation units for heat energy and hot water supply, module resource-saving boiler systems on the base of condensation boilers for modernization ofthe heating system of housing and communal services”

Advantages: • Possibility to change the heat power of the condensation boiler system with invariable efficiency factor (98%) subject to the ambient temperature. • The module installation construction enables to repair the equipment without heating boiler system stopping to increase the safety and reduce the repair cost. • The equipment ease enables to mount it without special lifting equipment. The roof location excludes costs for the boiler foundation and enables to reduce the flue height. • Low emissions: СО – 50 mg/m3, NOx – 15 mg/m3.
Implementation: 4700heating boiler systems “Ukrinterm” are regularly working on the territory of Ukraine.
The investment project features: The whole amount – 25,3million UAH Funding sources: • Own funds – 14million UAH • Credit funds – 10,3 million UAH Project terms – II quarter of 2008 – II quarter 2013 Project efficiency • Saving rate(profit) – 22,2million UAH • Production – 195,6million UAH • Budget efficiency – 9,1million UAH • Social efficiency – reduction of the high reacting fuel import, using working places – 215, new -57, high service quality (heating and hot water supply) • Ecological efficiency: • No pollution of sewage • No waste products • NOx reduction • Heat loss reduction in process of heat transportation to consumer • Natural gas consumption reduction.
The engineering building of “UKRINTERM” for heat pump production (at the address 307a, P.Zaporozhtsya str., Bila Tserkva, Kiev region) is set in operation DSTU “Design of the heating systems with heat pumps” Б В.2.5.-44:2010 (EN 15450:2007, MN-240 patent MOD) is developed and approved Investment project execution“UKRINTERM”provides 55%project execution on the state of the 1st of January 2011 at the expense of own funds, notably:

Calculation and regulation units for heat energy and hot water supply • Heat supply of the building provided by a heat generator (for example, module heating boiler system “Ukrinterm”) simplifies the system maintenance, raises its reliability and safety, minimizes costs for system control and makes it more efficient. • The units allow to organize the assessment of consumed heating and cold water by a separate flat. • The units give the ability to turn off the heating and water supply to non-payer's flats. • The whole pipeline system of the building is reduced. 11
