PDF4LHC meeting • This meeting: • Result of optimizing between all experiments’ weeks, Higgs workshop, ICHEP frenzy… • Sunday is not optimal of course… • Next Meeting • First week of October/Trento. Shall we use that at least as a ‘special meeting’ • Need for a meeting in between (end of August) • DESY volunteered for a future meeting

PDF4LHC Recommendation • Distributed to the experiments • Some confusion at the end due to Islandic Volcano activities earlier this year • Available on the PDF4LHC web page • For NLO and NNLO • Supporting note being finalized (see Joey’s talk) • Dynamic activity, but something is needed right now.

  4. PDF4LHC Recommendation • Tomorrow more details on the Higgs Meeting • Experiments: Are they adopting it? • CMS: plan to adopt for the official cross section table • Q: what about scale uncertainties vsPDFs (HN discussion) • Follow up in disscusion part end of the day
