CONTENTS – 2 BEST PRACTICES PART OF PEV How many presentations in 75 to 90 minutes Discussion (with the participation of all partners) which of the presentations on best practices we heard during the three meetings will be presented in Sofia – proposals by the partners/votes/ consolidation of common decision The partners from the countries/regions with selected presentations organize the participation of the experts

  4. CONTENTS – 3 IDEAS FOR FUTURE PROJECTS Contribution from the partners are expected in writing by 16 May 2011 The proposed ideas / projects could be discussed by groups during the second day

  5. PARTICIPATION -1 OFFICIAL PARTICIPANTS from the European Commission – to be invited by LP From JTS? Other suggestion for official participants Bulgarian officials –responsibility of BEF

  6. PARTICIPATION – 2 BUSINESS MATCH-MAKING PROMOTION Preparation for the participation in PEV by countries/regions – each partner reports on the prepared databases and publicity measures Summarization of the interest of match-making with foreign and Bulgarian partners by sectors/results of the interviews Preliminary list of participants - to be updated every two weeks Announcement the involvement of well known companies
