About us Theralympic speech, PLLC is a multidisciplinary therapeutic service provider designed to meet the needs of children and adults who are at risk for or diagnosed with developmental delays and/or disabilities.   3. EARLY INTERVENTION PROGRAM (EIP) Theralympic Speech is approved by New York State Education Department to evaluate children for the New York State CPSE Program. Parents concerned about the development of their preschool child (ages 3-5) should refer their child to their School District’s Committee for Preschool Special Education (CPSE) to request an evaluation. Through the CPSE, parents select the NY State Education Department authorized evaluator they wish to assess their child.
