  2. The Early Intervention Program (EIP) is a publicly funded program that provides services for children under the age of three who are suspected of having, or are at risk for, developmental delays or disabilities.Nassau County Government funds EIP. www.theralympicspeech.com

  3. Children can be referred to the EIP for an evaluation by a parent, the child’s pediatrician, EIP Agency qualified personnel, or anyone who suspects that the child has a developmental delay. www.theralympicspeech.com
