Background : • The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between sleep quality, job burnout and job satisfaction with mental health among police personnel in Kermanshah city in year 96. The statistical population of this study consisted of all employees of police who worked in Kermanshah in 1396. A total of 323 employees
Materials and Methods : • were selected by cluster random sampling method. The instruments used in the study included General Health Questionnaire, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Questionnaire, Maslach Job Burnout Questionnaire, Job Satisfaction Questionnaire. To analyze the Pearson's simple correlation and multiple regression tests SPSS 24 software was used.
Results: The results of the study showed that there is a significant relationship between sleep quality, job burnout and job satisfaction with the mental health of police officers. Also, the results indicated that the factors affecting the sleep quality of police employees,
Conclusion: including occupational stress, Job satisfaction, job burnout, and mental health are complex factors that are in many cases complicated and show the importance of paying attention to the problem of sleep quality, job burnout and job satisfaction in different work environments, because it directly affects the mental health of employees Affecting.
