LTS’ support can be summarised under 3 main areas of activity The Support for Professional Learning represents CPD BUT the wider concept of CPD and change process within CfE That means placing the professional at the hear of deciding what is best for those young people they work with And that means thinking again about what and how they do things, sharing ideas with others and learning what approaches may be most appropriate for them.
