When all charts are posted.. • Do a “gallery walk” • Walk around and use your post its to make comments about the charts of the other groups. • Comments can be questions, something that you found interesting, or troubling. • Get back with your group • Discuss what you saw • Discuss as a class
Exit Slip – 15pts • What works well in our community? • What is successful in our community? • What could be most improved upon in our community? • What prevents our community from being truly successful? • Complete: • “I feel _______ about our community because_______.
Making A Community Map • We will make a large map of all of the things in our neighborhood. • We will complete this project by next Tuesday. • Upon completion of the projects all those involved will receive 100 points.
Project Teams (partner only!) • Pick up the explanation sheet and rubric of the project. • Read it over, ask questions.
