  6. The Electronic Health Record … it‘s a copy of all relevant health data of a patient. It covers a lifelong history and is under control of the patient. The data are are always and world wide accessable. Additional information are prevention actions and care action plans, vital parameters from home care devices and nutrition- and fitness data about the patients health and training status. Summary • The product portfolio of ICW compromises all infrastructure components which are necessary to support mandatory and voluntary applications of the electronic health card (eHC). • Platform is designed open, so that further provider of voluntary applications can use their products to access the health care network. • Product and provider specific scope which is not related to core business of ICW is covered by partners. • The current solution of ICW is ready for use in test regions and pilot regions.
