The policy will not be valid if the aircraft is being used for illegal purposes or any purpose not stated in the policy
The policy will not be valid if the aircraft is being piloted by anyone not noted on the policy
The policy will not be valid if the aircraft is being landed on, or taking off from, a place which does not comply with the manufacturers’ recommendation (except in the case of force majeure)
The policy will not be valid if the aircraft is being operated outside the geographical limits
The policy will not be valid if the aircraft is involved in noise, contamination or pollution claims
You must comply with all CAANZ rules & in particular ensure that the aircraft is airworthy at the commencement of the flight
