Occam’s Razor The principle of Occam’s Razor states that you should use the minimum amount of entities (things); the simplest methods areoften the best.
William of Occam (or Ockham) Occam’s Razor was attributed to a Medieval philosopher, William of Occam. Occam, France was the village that William was born in. William used this philosophical thinking method often, therefore it was named after him.
Keep it simple “Shave off” the extra information with Occam’s Razor.
