  7. CORE STAKEHOLDERS: • NGO SECTOR • SPORTS FRATERNITY • RELIGIOUS SECTOR • TRADITIONAL LEADERS SECTOR • BUSINESS SECTOR

  8. OPERATIONAL PLAN STAKEHOLDERS FORUM: • A Stakeholders Forum will be established and will comprised of representatives of all sectors (NGO, Sports Religious, Traditional and Business); • It will be linked with the AIDS Councils and War Rooms at all levels (Local, District and Provincial); • The first route to be undertaken will be to schedule meetings with individual sectors where sector representative (s) will be identified and nominated.

  9. OPERATIONAL PLAN (Cont) • The operation of the Stakeholders Forum will be activated during the launch of the Re-branded Flagship Programme which will take place at Laangspruit in Ward 13, UMgungundlovu District • The whole process will be linked with Local and District AIDS Councils and War Rooms; • The Stakeholders Forum will be utilized as a tool for stakeholder engagement and community mobilization; • Youth Ambassadors and Chaplains will be instrumental in the process of stakeholder engagement and community mobilization.
