Prototype lifted and rotated tank successfully • Clamping system very reliable • Test for center of gravity showed prototype design was off significantly • Winch requires too many rotations (may cause fatigue in operator) • Hand wheel requires too much force to turn (result of center of gravity problem) • Average deflection in uprights was .5” CG
