food[special] • Sajji:Sajji is a native dish of Balochistan. It is the most famous dish of Balochi cuisine. It consists of whole lamb, in skewers (fat and meat intact), marinated only in salt, then roasted over coals. The roasting time takes many hours.Sajji is considered done when it is at the ‘rare’ stage. It is served with a special bread “Kaak” or “naan”.
Dressing and festivals • In Balochistan, marriages took place in the presence of a Mullah which is a religious teacher of those people and in the presence of some witnesses. All the family members took part in the marriage and they express their joy and happiness by performing in the wedding ceremony according to their culture..
