Discount averages 50%. 5 billion dollar program, 10 billion at retail 10,000 eligible entities participating Growing rapidly

    4. Who are these eligible entities? DSH Hospitals Federally Qualified Health Care Centers-(FQHC) - Community Health Centers Specialty Clinics

    5. Recent / Proposed Changes Multiple Pharmacy Option Change From “one pharmacy – one clinic” to Chains with hundreds of outlets Patient Definition Primary Care record Contracted provider Addition of Childrens Hospitals Possibly by 1/20/2009
