愛的追尋. 簡春安（ Ph.D.; Prof.). 一、愛是要講條件的. 生理條件、遺傳（物質）條件 社會條件、人格條件. 長得好看機會當然比較多 但，為何自古紅顏多薄命？. 伺寵而驕，情緒與性格不免自大、任性； 外界誘因太多，糾紛不斷； 配偶終日提防，不免勞累. 遺傳物質條件也非萬能. 萬貫家產不如一技在身. 社會條件是可以認真去 實現的. 好工作、好收入、好教育程度⋯（追尋愛情的充份條件） 但不要忘了：輝煌騰達日、本性犯賤時. 最重要的是人格條件. 好相處、樂觀、善良、有溝通能力、喜歡幫助別人、樂意取悅人⋯. 二、溝通是要學習的. 父親與我.

  6. 最重要的是人格條件 • 好相處、樂觀、善良、有溝通能力、喜歡幫助別人、樂意取悅人⋯
