All About Me • Some of my interests are my work and my job as Falcon • Some of my hobbies are going to the movies, going to the shoppete and hanging out with my friends • I have two dads, one named Adrian and one named Jessie, I have two moms one named Jeannine and one named Jamie, I have three sisters named Bailee, Sabrina and Mariah and I have five brothers named Dalston, Braylin, Nathan, Aidan and James

  5. Science Lab I chose this sample cause its one of my best drawings. It demonstrates me as a skilled drawer and a good listener.

  6. Science Notes I chose this science note cause it has my neatest hand writing and my best. It demonstrates me as a neat and skilled writer.

  7. Science Glossary I chose this science glossary because it has the correct definition and follows the format.

  8. My Achievement This year it is important to assume responsibility for my own learning. I have done this by doing these specific things: 1. Done my school work 2. Tried my hardest 3. Worked productively

  9. SMART GOALS • This year it is important to set goals for continuous improvement as a learner. Here are my goals: • 1. I will get A’s and B’s by the end of this trimester. I will work harder and listen more to achieve this goal. • 2. I will be able to draw cells better by the ed of this trimester. I will practice and try harder to achieve this goal. • 3. I will have my work in a better quality by the end of this trimester. I will follow the rubrics and try harder to achieve this goal.
