How did the first program run? • IRC recently completed the 2011 Manager Development Program in Port Moresby • 22 Internal Revenue Commission participants • 2 Vanuatu Customs and Inland Revenue participants • 2 weeks formal management training • 6 weeks project management experience, back in the workplace

  3. MDP outcomes & outcomes achieved

  4. Can it be held again? • IRC will offer the Program again • IRC will provide the accredited Facilitators • Venue : Vanuatu • Dates : March 2012 • Costs : TBC • IRC and other PITAA member participants

  5. How can we support it? • Australian Taxation Office is providing AusAID funding through Pacific Governance Support Program for up to 2 participants to attend from those countries covered by the Program • Some PITAA members can consider applications to NZ AID through Pacific Island Countries Participation Fund • IRC can assist you with your business case and application.

  6.
