  2. Transport National Contact Points (NCPs) • Individuals/Organisations commissioned by national authorities to promote H2020 and to support researchers in their efforts to become involved. Core minimum functions include: • informing & awareness raising; • Assisting; • advising and training; • signposting and cooperation • Other additional functions include: • partner search and consortium building • organisation of brokerage events • provision of non-confidential information on consortia • insight into the activities of the relevant Technology Platforms • informal eligibily checks of outline proposals

ETNAplus– Web-Based Search Tool • Mapping of sources of public sector funding • Specific transport programmes administered by the European Commission, e.g. Horizon 2020, Connecting Europe Facility • European Commission funds that are capable of supporting transport projects, e.g. Structural Funds, INTERREG • Member State support of trans-national cooperation, e.g. ERA-Net+, EUREKA, EUROSTARS, JPIs • Public procurement initiatives within MS/AS, that might provide leverage opportunities for trans-national transport research and innovation • Mapping of sources of debt and equity finance • Mapping of sources of debt and equity finance including seed capital, including those provided by European Investment Bank; Venture Capital; Banks • Advanced Partner Search Facility • Under development! Will list possible partners for a project based on their European project track record [TRIP/CORDIS]
