Example of CIIT infrastructures available for ALICE Center for Micro and Nano Device Fabrication (CMND) • Si processing facilities – unique in Pakistan • Mask aligner (0.5 μm) 4” wafer handling • Wet and dry etching • Growth (PECVD, Sputtering, E-beam evaporation) • Electrical and optical characterization ( C- V, I – V, ellipsometry) • TCAD – design and simulation software for devices
