Proposed Rehabilitation Center at Kirk and Fleming Road • Proposal has been withdrawn by LCA • Many issues brought up by the site's proximity to neighboring schools, churches and other community facilities, complications with the site design itself and most importantly the volume of community concern • LCA has concluded that this program is not the right fit for the Alum Rock neighborhood. • LCA is no longer in dealings with Barry Swenson
