On Site Catering: • Chefs, cooks, bussers and managers can all be employed at the place where the catering is • The Kitchen, dishwasher, employees are all in the same building as the place that the catered event happens • Examples: Schools, hospitals, nursing homes, Eurest Dining Services-business meeting caterings

  4. Off Site Catering: • Cooks food from their centralized kitchen and delivers it to the event • Examples of catered events: • Weddings, birthdays, religious celebrations, business meetings , company parties

  5. Advantages of Catering Vs a restaurant: Know in advance how many guests Know how much of each type of food to prepare Decreases waste for food and labor If the client cancels: You still get paid!
