Achievements: • Assisted in a successful launch of 26 direct locations in the Chicago Market byhiring retail sales representatives, setting up POS system inventory & training store managers on the POS process. • I travel a lot to facilitate trainings and coaching on existing and new POS system processes, inventory procedures; as well as handset triaging; troubleshooting, performance goals and company compliancy. • Currently manage inventory for 4 Direct Retail locations while simultaneously managing an inventory staff of 8 in the District; this includes inventory related escalations, POS errors and trending store performance reports. • Perform weekly & monthly inventory counts for 4 locations while maintaining a shrink of less than +/- .75%; I also ensure . • Created and currently maintain a stock status of the entire market to ensure proper inventory balancing among retail stores. • I helped launch Cricket in Chicago by hiring, setting up the POS system inventory & trained the employees on the inventory process.
