  3. When covering his right eye, Mr R noted a veil over the left eye, and could not see a distant sail boat that was visible with the right eye. Initial diagnosis: Retrobulbar optic neuritis, OS Initial treatment: Oral corticosteroid, 100 mg Qd Rapid weight gain ensued, and Mr R now seeks an alternative therapy. Present History
