INSTRUCTIONS – PART 1 10MIN • Count off 1-7 • All members of a team will get the same color marker (IFs each pick one team) • Start with your corresponding # of poster • Work your way through each of them, writing your name on each poster where it resonates with you Questions?
INSTRUCTIONS – PART 2 15MIN • As a site-based school team or Ops Team, walk through each of the posters and talk about what you’re seeing (2-3min/poster) • Each person should comment on their selections

TEAM TIME! • 5MIN • Teams (school teams and Ops/Exec) should be sitting together • Reflect (individually) – 5min • Think about the best Ops-Team Site Visit you were a part of in the last few years • What made that meeting effective? Successful?? • Jot down as many characteristics/group dynamics that you think contributed to these feelings of belonging/success • Do the same, but thinking about the WORST one… • Do the same for your site-team weekly meetings
TEAM TIME! 11MIN • Assign a scribe to take down the team’s thoughts • Next birthday? • Brainstorm as a team (5min) • No need to explain in detail each practice/protocol/dynamic • All ideas get written down • Go through the list and have each person explain their contributions (3min) • How do you think the Ops-Team’s site visits might support your site-based work? (3min) • Do the same for your site-team weekly meetings
