Fit 4 Life Boot camp is a one month commitment program which holds class on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings at 5:30 AM. Each camp is a 4 week program where you work in a Co-ed indoor/outdoor environment taught by Fit 4 Life Instructor Justin.
Training will include total body strength training, cardio, sprints uphill, and core work. Participants should anticipate agility work, speed work, and to use 8lbs-25lb dumbbells during camp. Unlimited Group Personal Training features the super exciting Polar zone training system. If you are looking to burn fat calories at the highest possible rate this is for you.
Receive a customized training session with a group setting that includes Tabatha style high intensity intervals, Metabolic Fitness Training, and plyometric all within a private environment with family like support. With unlimited access, schedule your sessions week to week with no specific time commitments.
