  3. How do I get the application? Android users can add the application to their device by scanning this Quick Response (QR) code.

  6. Welcome Screen You can navigate easily through the application from this welcome screen

  7. Before the accident Familiarize yourself with your new mobile application so you will know how to use it in the event of an accident

  8. Before the accident Take a photograph of your INSURANCE ID card and save it under the tab MY AUTO ID CARD

  9. My Auto ID Card Open Form Select Attach Select “Take a Photo” Take a picture of your auto id card Select Done Fill in the other data on form Save form to your device

  10. After Your Accident Keep Safety First Exchange Information Many devices have voice recognition . If your device permits, you may choose to use this voice recognition feature to fill in the blanks. We designed the application to capture pictures of the auto, registration and ID cards. If someone objects to allowing you to take a picture just fill in the information. If anyone is injured call us right away at 301-591-3535. Our claim line is monitored 24 hours a day.

  11. First things first Select your union from the list Give us your name** and phone number Make sure we can call you back at the number you give us. **You are not a NUMBER. We will locate your information first by your union and then by your name.

  12. Information on the Other Driver You can fill in this information manually or you can take a picture of the other driver’s license. Make sure you give us a number where we can reach the other driver.

  13. If someone else was driving your car Use the mobile application to take a picture of their driver’s license and insert any missing information.

  14. Vehicle Registration Card Use your mobile application to take a picture and attach to the claim. Insert any missing information manually IF YOUR DEVICE PERMITS, YOU MAY CHOOSE TO USE ITS VOICE RECOGNITION FEATURE TO FILL IN THE BLANKS

  15. Witnesses Insert the name and phone number of any witnesses.

  16. Review Using your mobile application you will be able to provide Basic information Driver Information Vehicle Information Witness Information You will also use the application to take pictures of the accident

  17. Before taking photos Insert the Name of the driver Your Location Incident Date (Your photos will be tagged with this information) Next you will add pictures on the next page of the app.

  18. Accident Photos Select ATTACH Take a Picture Repeat (At this time you can attach up to THREE pictures of the accident) There is space for you to make a simple drawing of the accident

Save your claim and click submit When you click “SUBMIT” in the bottom right hand corner of the application your claim and all documentation are automatically sent to our claims professionals • We will receive your claim in “real time” but you always have the option of CALLING us. • 301-591-3535 • Ask for Melissa Maddox

  20. Roadside assistance We have built in links to Tow Trucks Gas Stations Rental Cars Auto Repair These links are provided for your convenience only and are not a part of your insured claim service.

  21. Maps The application will use your device’s installed map application to display a map.
