A worry is a thought or feeling of stress. It is also known as anxiety.Everyone worries about something at some point in their lives.We sometimes worry about things that might or might not happen. What is a worry?
What happens when you worry? • Tummy Ache • Can’t think • Muscles Tense • Sweat • Cry • Feel Tired • Trouble Sleeping • Difficulty Eating • Heart Pounds Fast
What are some things that worry you? • Take out a scrap piece of paper and draw something that worries you. • Share this drawing and talk about what it is with a partner. • Now let’s share our worries with the class as step 1 to getting rid of them. • Through Aevidum, we can help others to recognize worries and find things to help make these worries disappear like a magic trick!
