As a sportsman director, his top tip for people, looking to increase their stamina, is to eat a healthy and balanced food. Instead of having one or two large meals, one should try to have several smaller meals throughout the day.
According to Mr Timmer, another way to increase stamina and endurance is to do physical exercise. If you do not have time to hit the gym, you can walk, swimming or even dance. It is important to pick activities that you enjoy and don’t mind doing. Do different things on different days of the week so that you are never bored of doing only one thing.
