2. What is Zamora? • Zamora is.. • The next largely populated City due to its closeness to Highway 505 and Interstate 5.

Our Clients (the county of Yolo) needs • A submission of a design schematic in DWG format • Urban Planning Design layout • A submission of the design to the Yolo County Zoning Board • A finalized design in AutoCAD • A design with roads, bike lanes, and islands • 3 sections of development established for development (East, South, and West)

4. Data • Researched what Zamora looks like now • The city wants to expand

5. Why did i make this decision? • Leading up to the highway • To incorporate parallel roads, transversal roads, and perpendicular roads • Used roads and sections already established as guidelines • Neighborhoods can be built around these roads West Zamora

6. Why did i make this decision? • Designed around the two major roads • Created parallel and transversal lines • Creates angles • Stream Lines the simple design South Zamora

7. Why did i make this decision? • Rest stops can be incorporated in this area • Roads will help get to these places easier if incorporated • Connect to the Highway 505 and Interstate 5 • Deserted area that needs some attraction incorporated East Zamora
