ABOUT THE TOPIC • to find out whether the top level officers of the company are competent • The study was conducted at Hindustan Latex Limited,Perurkada
PRODUCT PROFILE • Condoms, including Female Condoms, Intra Uterine Devices, Oral Contraceptive Pills - steroidal, non-steroidal and emergency contraceptive pills; Contraceptive Cream, and Tubal Rings.
OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY • To identify the required skills of executive officers of HLL and to analyze whether the executives possess these skills • To understand the competency level of these skills among the officers • To identify the training needs of the executives and understand the level of requirement of these training needs

CONCLUSION • The executives of the HLL have medium to high level skill competencies. • They also have medium level training needs in 12 areas, high level training needs in 3 areas and low level training needs in one area.
