2. Five dangerous viruses • Stuxnet • Conficker Virus • agent.btz • Zeus  • PoisonIvy

3. Stuxnet • Was like a cartoon villain, first virus that tried to harm the actual world verses the virtual world. • Targets software that controls industrial systems. • Was made to damage machinery at Iran’s uranium enrichment facility in Natanz.

4. Conficker Virus • Is a worm • Got into window based PC’s creating massive botnet armies that had the capability of stealing financial data and other information. • It infected millions of computers leading to an anti-virus research called “super Bug” • The mystery of this virus is that it infects thousands of computers but nobody knows what it is suppose to do.

5. agent.btz • This virus forced the government to temporarily blanket ban the pentagon’s flash drives. • made the military issue a new department called U.S. Cyber Command. • The government suspected the works of foreign spiders. • The government then started experimenting of anti-viruses.

6. Zeus  • Made a cyber crime underworld. • Used to pilfer passwords. • Also has made it so that identities can be sold in the cyber underground. • it help the use of buying and selling stuff over the internet.

7. PoisonIvy • Allows the attacker to secretly control the infected user’s computer. • Is a trapdoor virus • Once infected the attacker can record or multiply whatever the user has done on the computer.
