Mission and Vision Mission • "Vocational training services, offering functional and qualitative skills and competencies for work and employment for the workforce of Kosovo" Vision • Training Network of MPMS in their well-managed centers provide training and vocational support for Kosovo's workforce and plays a leading role in the development of vocational training in the country.

Building Policy in Ministry of Labor and Social Welfarefor AP • Administrative Instruction on the organization, operation and scope of the CVT, • Administrative Instruction Training Fund, • Administrative guidance on the application procedure for recognition of rights training, rehabilitation and employment of persons with disabilities • Sector Strategy and Action Plan 2011-2013 • Employment Strategy 2010-2012 and Sectoral Strategy of the Action Plan 2011-2013 of MPMS have set the target of DAP and VTC network-s - Increasing employment and raising the level of the training, according to market demand work •   Professional Training Strategy 2012 - 2014 • Action Plan (cost for realization about 5,000,000 euros - MPMS in cooperation with donors such as Lux.   8. Programs Qualifications offered - 30 Programs that work with CVT, the programs are: • Drawn from local and international experts • Based on learning outcomes (RM) • Licensed by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare • Approved by the CVET (6) MPMS -DAP Jehona Namani - Rexha

Fund of vocational training • Vocational Training Fund (purchase of services) • Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare through this fund provides the opportunity of training and retraining of job seekers for qualifications which do not possess QRAP network. • Training in companies (in collaboration with donors) MPMS -DAP Jehona Namani - Rexha

  12. Accreditation and Validation Process 2011 - Pilot project: Pristina and Prizren Qualifications: Associate of Business Administration 2012 All centers are: • Accredited • Validated on qualifications: Welding and Administrative Assistant MPMS -DAP Jehona Namani - Rexha

  13. Recognition of prior learning According to Law on National Qualifications, Article 5, Objectives 1.5 and 1.8 - MPMS started "Recognition of prior learning". Procedure: QRPP • Registration at employment offices • Proof of experience • Application for qualification QRAP • Registration in the database • entrance test • Test based on the module • The final test • (all this with committee in rapid procedure) MPMS -DAP Jehona Namani - Rexha

Collaboration All relevant ministries • ACA - participation with a representative on the Board of Directors • CVET - participation with two representatives DAP representatives are members of the management structures of a number of projects financed AP from different donors. There is systematic and organized and the structured cooperation with donors in the field of AP-Coordination of the Regulation for the Donors no. 04/2011 MPMS -DAP Jehona Namani - Rexha

  15. Challenges • Public information and improving the quality of PA programs • HR limited to DAP and a CVT; • Dependence on donors on major investments / limited funding for services to the AP; • Full utilization of the capacities of CVT; • Private sector interest certified to the CVT is limited. • Services offered in the QAP include only registered jobseekers through the PES; • Capabilities offered in vocational schools are limited and often graduates of these schools are trained in a CVT. Should improve the whole system of VET at national level . MPMS -DAP Jehona Namani - Rexha
