  2. Plot line poppy and mr.ocax have the battle of a lifetime. poppy has defeated mr.ocax Poppy decides to go to new house Poopy and rye dance on bannock hill with their 11 children Mr. Ocax attacks Poppy and Ragweed. Ragweed dies poppy gets injured

  3. POPPY • A female dear mouse who is in a difficult decision to risk her own life to help her family or to slave away to mr.ocax. She has a boyfriend( ragweed)who her father(lungwort) does not aprove.

  4. ragweed • A golden mouse who asked to many questions. He was loved by poppy and hated by her father.he died on bannock hill to the talons of mr.ocax.

  5. Mr. ocax • Mrocax is an owl who is evil ruler of dimwood forest. He was not nice about things. For example, if you did not ask for permission to go somewhere he would probably kill or wound you

  6. Ereth • Ereth is an porcupine who was grumpy most of the time. He became friends with poppy when she wondered into his log.(he also loves salt.)

  7. Basil • Basil is a dear mouse same as poppy. Actually, he is her cousin. Throughout the book he gave poppy the love and support as a true best friend.

  8. Don’t be afraid to stand up for your self • In chapter 18 she faces and fights mr.ocax

  9. Conflicts and resolutions conflict resolution Ereth gets his salt Poppy and her family can live in peace Saves her in battle • Mrocax dies • Mrocax dies • Poppy finds ragweeds earing

  10. ideas • I like the book because it builds suspense. They could’ve had better ideas than her just wondering around. More action.
