Gerundium. Spansk gerundium er en verbal form som uttrykker at noe pågår/varer en viss tid . Den brukes ofte sammen med hjelpeverbet estar , og da kan den minne nokså mye om den engelske ”ing-formen”, når denne brukes med hjelpe verbet be . ( She is singing )

Den brukes ofte sammen med hjelpeverbet estar, og da kan den minne nokså mye om den engelske ”ing-formen”, når denne brukes med hjelpe verbet be. (She is singing) -ar verb får endelsen –ando, mens –er , -ir verbe får endelsen –iendo i gerundium.
