Thursday 7th MarchWorld Book Day Staff and Pupils:- • Bake for Books – break time on the yard • Swap a Book and Eat a Cake! • Don’t forget your pocket money! • Pupils: £1 book tokens – visit to local bookshops to choose a new book! • Staff: bring along your favourite book to have your picture taken!

  3. Spellathon – all next week! • All pupils will have the chance to participate in class • Ask people to sponsor you – direct them to the literacy blog for more information • Last year we raised over £100 for MENCAP • This year, let’s raise more!

  4. Competition deadlines! • ERIC Extravaganza quiz – Ends this Friday! • 500 words competition - Now ended; results soon! • VISIT THE LIBRARY SOON...
