Network • The Public Libraries of Gelderland form a network together (SGB), supported by Biblioservice Gelderland, the Provincial Support-Organization for Gelderland • The Provincial Government supports the Network by subsidizing projects like De Werkplaats /The Workshop • 22 Libraries, ca. 1000 staff Moving in, moving up, moving on, regenerating the library profession, Bologna aug.'09

Learning • Teaching and Learning • On library-innovation there is not much to teach but a lot to learn • So Learning it is… • A person is responsible for his/her own learning • But also the management is responsible for learning in the organization = system Moving in, moving up, moving on, regenerating the library profession, Bologna aug.'09
