  3. The Solution • Build 5 smoke shelters near high-activity buildings • Secluded area for smokers • Decreases exposure to second-hand smoke

  6. Personnel • Volunteers from Habitat and Ithaca Reuse • Recruit other campus volunteers • 5 groups with team leaders

  8. Cost • Estimated cost of 5 pre-built smoke shelters $10,000 • Ithaca Reuse discount X 50%-90% off • Revised estimated cost of shelter materials $1,000-$5,000 • Fundraiser to obtain funds and attract volunteers • Donations from IC alumni
