Editorial board meeting 4: Policy recommendations • Focus on “PolicyRecommendationsfor EU sustainablemobilityconceptsbased on CIVITAS experience“ (TRT & CDV) . • Feedback from : RWS, M21, EUROCITIES, ICLEI and Polis • Major comments: • Target group should be more clearly defined • City perspective sometimes missing • Templatefor peer-review (with more detailed feedback) has been sent to the authors

Editorial board meeting 5: Living Laboratories • Focus on “Living Laboratories” • ICLEI working on a 1st draft. • Proposal by ICLEI for EB5 on February 2014 • Date to be fixed by doodle • Agenda and meeting invitation to be prepared by EUROCITIES and sent to participants. • Further Editorial board meetings • “Innovative Urban Transport Solutions” (Polis): EB6 in March 2014 • “CIVITAS in Numbers” (M21): EB7 in March/April 2014
