PPP - Education - Center The important positions of the needle织针编织的重要位置 The stitch forming in a circular knitting machine is only possible, if the needles move. To create the stitch there is both vertical and horizontal movement necessary. The horizontal movement comes from the turning of the machine, the vertical movement comes from the cam part, which guides the needle in a track. 在圆型针织机中,只有织针运动才能形成线圈。在线圈形成过程中织针必须作水平和垂直方向的运动。织针水平方向的运动来自于机器的运转,垂直方向的运动来自于三角座,三角控制织针在针道内运动。 clearing pos. 退圈位置 yarn insertion 纱线喂入 stitch forming pos. 线圈形成位置 tuck pos. 集圈位置 miss pos. 不编织位置

The old stitch comes under the needle latch. After catching the new thread the needle moves downward. The old stitch closes the latch and the new thread is pulled through the existing stitch. Now the new stitch is created. 为了 形成一个线圈,织针必须上升到最高点。旧线圈滑落到针舌下;织针钩取新纱线后向下运动;旧线圈将针舌关闭,新纱线从旧线圈中穿过,而形成新线圈。
PPP – Education - Center Elements of the machine 机器的机件 Quality wheel 密度盘 The quality wheel is in the superior part of the machine and controls the speed of the belts for the delivery devices. Every belt is supplied with one quality wheel, so every belt can be adjusted individually. 密度盘位于机器的上方 位置,控制给纱装置的条带速度。每一个密度盘对应一根条带,所以每根条带都能单独调节。 By changing the diameter of the quality wheel the belt speed and so the final speed of the delivery device will be changed. 通过改变密度盘的直径可以改变条带的速度,从而改变了输纱速度。 As result the quantity of the delivered yarn changes. 因此改变了输纱量。 The only possibility to change the fabric weight is to change the yarn quantity by means of the belt speed. 若想改变织物的单位面积重量,只能通过改变条带速度,从而改变给纱量来达到。
PPP – Education - Center Yarn delivery device CONI 给纱装置CONI The yarn delivery device supplies the needle with yarn. Additionally to the yarn supply also the yarn tension is adjusted and equalized. The CONI is equipped with an input sensor and an output sensor to stop the machine in case of a yarn breakage. 给纱装置给织针提供纱线。在给纱过程中,要进行纱线张力的调节,且要均匀一致。 CONI装有一个纱线输入感应器和一个在断纱时能使机器停止运转的纱线输出感应器。 There are 3 different types of devices available: CONI+ CONISEP CONIRS CONI+ and CONISEP are available with one, two or three belts for adjusting different speeds. 这里有三种常用的不同类型的装置:CONI+ 、CONISEP 、CONIRS CONI+ 和CONISEP具有一根、两根或三根条带,能分别调节而达到不同的速度
PPP – Education - Center Fabric take down 织物牵拉装置 The fabric take down pulls the fabric away from the needles. The adjustment has also to be as exact as possible. That means the take down tension should be not to strong. A too strong takedown tension will shorten the lifetime of needles, sinkers, cylinder, sinker ring, camparts and yarn guides. So the tension of the take down has to be adjusted as soft as possible and as strong as necessary. 织物牵拉装置牵拉织物远离织针。牵拉装置的调节要尽可能精确,也就是说牵拉张力不可能太大。太大的牵拉张力会缩短织针、沉降片、针筒、沉降片圆环、三角和导纱器的使用寿命。因此,牵拉张力要尽可能小,但必须满足需要。 Nevertheless the take down tension depends always on the fabric quality. 不过牵拉张力通常取决于织物密度。
PPP – Education - Center Mechanical take down 机械式牵拉装置 The mechanical take down is driven by a tooth wheel at the bottom of the frame, while the whole take down is turning in the machine. A pair of tooth wheels (Z1 and Z2) delivers the basic speed. 机械式牵拉装置由机器底部的齿轮传动,同时,牵拉装置在机器上转动。一对啮合齿轮( Z1和Z2)决定基础速度。 The final take down tension has to be adjusted with the hand wheel directly at the takedown 最后的牵拉张力必须用牵拉装置上的手动轮调节。 Depending on the actual structure there are 4 different pairs of tooth wheels to adjust 8 different basic speeds. 根据实际生产的织物,可以选用4对不同的啮合齿轮,具有8种基础速度。 Z2 Z1
