4. 4 Tobias Sernel went to Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and did Masters of Aeronautical Science back in 2007. He also attended the United States Air Force Academy and earned B. S. in Astronautical Engineering (1987-1991).

5. 5 Toby Sernel is a famed and Distinguished Graduate of United States Air Force Weapons School (2001); Air War College (2008); Air Command and Staff College (2003). He also attended Squadron Officers School (1998) and went to Undergraduate Pilot Training (1991-1992) as well.
