Implementation Timeline • Implementation timeline • July 2006 – Campus Community & Admissions • January 2008 – Financial Aid • Fall 2008 – Student Records & Student Financials • Gradual roll-out starting in March
What Goes Where? • ISIS is used to update: • Immunizations • Enrollment/Registration/Billing • Quick Admits • Admissions applications ONLY for fall 06 & spring 07 admission terms
What Goes Where? • PeopleSoft is “database of record” for: • All bio-demographic (bio-demo) data • Recruiting & application data for summer & fall 2007 admission term and beyond • Good News! • If you attempt to enter data in wrong system, a reminder displays • Can still use WebDSIS & ISIS to view bio-demo data

Campus Community • Core of Campus Solutions system • Stores bio-demo data shared by multiple modules • Data about applicants, students & employees • What information? • Names, addresses, phone numbers, email address, birth date, citizenship, ethnicity…
Where you view and update bio-demo data Security settings determine what data you can view, add or update One ID & record for each person Employee ID = EmplID = ID National ID = Social Security Number Campus Community
Student Services Center • Campus Community component • Provides easy access to: • Student Self-service view • Bio-demo view/update pages • Admissions view/update pages • Later on…Student Records & Financial Aid info • Can view most bio-demo data at a glance
Admissions • Prospect, applicant and student records are entered and processed in this module • Tracks applicant records through entire admissions process • Once student matriculates, maintenance of student’s information becomes responsibility of Student Records
3Cs – Communications, Comments & Checklists • Provides method of creating & tracking communications with applicants, students, external individuals and organizations • Facilitates creation of checklists that track progress toward completing required tasks
The 3Cs • Can manually create one communication, checklist, or comment at a time or process them in batches according to preset criteria • Campus event planning & Committees • For planning event locations & tracking admissions review committee
Document ManagementImageNow • Scans, stores, indexes documents • applications, transcripts, reference letters • Shortens processing time • Can look up documents online • Eliminates need to file and search through documents • Can add annotations to online documents
Conclusion • Moving from old house to new house • During transition still need to do some things in old house and some things in new house • In the end, it will all be worth the effort
