Purchasing Card Renewal Agreement

1. Purchasing Card Renewal Agreement I understand that I am being entrusted with a Saint Mary’s College VISA Purchasing Card which is to be used solely for conducting Saint Mary’s College sanctioned business. I understand that it is not an entitlement nor reflective of my title or position. I have reviewed the attached Cardholder P Card Policies and Procedures. I understand that my P Card will be suspended for failure to meet the required deadlines. I am fully aware that after three suspensions, for any reason, my P card privileges will be revoked and my Visa card canceled. I understand that failure to comply with all Purchasing Card Program Policies and Procedures may result in sanctions up to and including termination of my employment with Saint Mary’s College. My signature below indicates that I have read, understand and will comply with the terms of this Agreement as well as all Saint Mary’s College Policies and Procedures relating to the expenditure of College funds published on https://my.stmarys-ca.edu.
