Location of Quad Shunt P/S and Cable Run End: Vault, at 1VQ5 Start: Service Annex B2 Level Cable run summary (Shunt P/S at B2 Level)  Start at P/S (on B2 Level)  Run east (20m) along B2 Level cable-trays  Down (4m), thru vertical section, to B3 Level  West & North (21m) along B3 Level cable-trays  North (4m), thru Vault wall, into Lower Vault  East (12m), along Lower Vault cable-tray  Up, North & Up (10m), to Upper Vault Shunt P/S Cables: # of cables ran: 5 Length of cable (ea): ~70 m Current: 100 A (DC) Fire: FT4 Rad.’n: R.I. = 5 OKO-112-24-2351 1/0-1C TS CPE EPR 600V FT4 C.M.,R.C.  DC power cable spec’s (Much discussion ensued) Total run ~ 70 m (each cable) (see details on following pages) R.Creanga  Contractors (ENTEC Systems Inc) [ Mar.4-13 ]

Store M11 Hodoscope controller box [SY] (?) 4. Decouple Safety Group equipment from platform (siren, warning light, n-det.,…) [JD]  5. Disconnect/decouple water and compressed-air services from platform  6. Disconnect/decouple miscellaneous cables/hoses /etc from platform  7. Remove/recover DAQ equipment from platform [Crane req.] (75%) 8. Remove furniture (desks, chairs,…) and misc items [Crane req.] 9. Disassemble/Remove infrastructure (ducts, cable-trays) [Crane req.] (75%) 10. Disassemble/Remove platform floor-panels [Contractor: Select Steel] 11. Disassemble/Remove platform beams & columns [Contractor: Select Steel] [DM] 2 days $2.7k
